MARATHON IN THE RAIN. Notwithstanding the early morning downpour, Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim fires the shot that signals the start of the 3-K metro manila elimination race of the 32 nd National Milo Marathon that was participated by 20,000 registered runners from all ages at the Kilometer Zero, Luneta.
